She has been an Administrator for 30+ years in North Carolina and Delaware. She married her best friend and partner Troy Bailey on her 50th birthday. She is a business partner with her husband, Troy Bailey. She is the President of J. B. Goldberg, Inc. DBA Goldberg Tax Services, where she serves as the General Manager, Senior Bookkeeper, and Collections Manager. She is the founder and her husband of a nonprofit program named Planting the Seeds for Life Ministries, where they teach young adults 4 Key Life Skills. The nonprofit’s goal is to bridge the generational gap to our pioneers and our future leaders through a mentorship program, which will propel our young leaders to succeed in any field of endeavor.

Also, along with her husband, she helped design and develop the database for their Home Financial Strategies Education Program that helps families become more financially savvy.

Her background includes owning her business as a publisher of the first Hispanic Yellow Pages in Delaware. Her extensive business background helps her with her passion for providing information to help the quality of life for others.
